When Tuan Nguyen took over the old Chen Z Noodle House space off Highway 290, he had one goal: a pho shop the whole neighborhood could call its own. Not a chain. A place where the broth simmers all day and the regulars get a nod at the door.
The menu reads like a love letter to two places at once, the herbs and broths of Vietnam, the swagger and crawfish of Austin. More than 140 dishes, made to order, served fast and friendly.
Pull up a chair.— Tuan & the Pho Wok family
